[He stiffens] I'm not lying. I... Argh! [He rubs his forehead with his free hand] I can't be flushed for him, tz. But we've been teasing each other and shit. And it doesn't matter, even if I were flushed, because he definitely doesn't see me the same way.

[He squirms] I made him kiss me again, and that was when I realized he really didn't know what he was doing. And he was all pissed, because I forced him into it. So I'm not going to go there, anymore. I don't want him to hate me, platonically or otherwise.

[Her smile fades and she considers this, biting her lip for a moment.]

Oh. How did you make him?

Not like that, fuck. I don't even have any powers, anymore. [He sighs] I was in his body and took pictures of him smiling. Then I was joking around and asked him what he'd do to convince me to delete them, and he said he'd do anything. So I told him to kiss me again.

[Defensively] I didn't know he had a problem with it... he's always talking about women, and flirting with me, and stuff. I thought it was no big deal.

Dave never backs down from a challenge, no matter how uncomfortable it makes him.

[She tilts her head, pausing thoughtfully.]

What did he say afterwards?

[Sollux thinks about that, trying to remember exactly how it had gone] He blamed it on being in an unfamiliar body, and said we were still fine, then he said some stuff about showing me how it was done once he was back in his own body. [Okay, his cheeks are warming again] Not that he really will. And then we got to talking about horns, and I showed him how that felt.

...Uh. [He frowns] I guess it does sound pretty flushed, like that. But I really think he's just being a coolkid and doesn't have feelings for me.

[She raises her eyebrows again. This sounds more complicated than she'd thought. She tugs him towards a rock on the side of the path.]

Let's sit for a second!

[Anything to put off having to go swimming! Sollux nods and lets her lead him towards the rock, feeling around until he finds it and taking a seat]

It's all pretty stupid and probably all in my head, tz. He's your moirail. And technically I was never supposed to tell you any of this! I promised him I wouldn't tell about his kissing technique being shitty.

[She giggles again as she sits down beside him.]

He's my moirail, but you're my friend, right? So! Tell me how you feel, Sollux. What would you do if he were flushed for you?

[He stiffens a little, and leans forward to rest his elbows on his knees] I don't know... Being flushed for a human is weird, isn't it? [He hesitates] Though I guess you're okay with being his moirail. And there's Vriska.

[He sighs] I guess I'd try it. I mean, who knows if it would go anywhere, but...I wouldn't mind giving it a try.

[She rests her arm on his back.]

Do you want me to talk to him for you?

Oh gog. [He facepalms] What are you even planning to say?

I don't know! That depends!

[Sigh] Look... if you want to talk to your moirail about whether or not he might be flushed for the loser blind troll he just met, I can't stop you. [Fervently] But you can't tell him I told you anything!

[She smirks and paps the back of his head.]

[She giggles, leaning against him.]

I guess that's ck's thing - making trolls pant after him and then give up, because he's too cool to actually respond.

[He reaches out and puts a hand on Terezi's head, smiling] I'm glad you and kk are together.

[She grins.] I am glad, too.

Ugh. [He shoves her head down and ruffles her hair all up before letting go] He'd like to think so, at least.
