It's a thing people who know how to cook can make food in. It stays hot as long as it's on and it closes, so you could keep the thing in there!

Wouldn't that be a microwave?

[ Yuri doesn't really know how these things work, but she's pretty sure irradiation and radiation have to do with each other and microwaves give you cancer according to the news, so that's radiation and therefore irradiation. ]

Ovens are bigger, they cook things slowly with gas or electricity. Microwaves are smaller, with the turning dish inside, and it cooks with waves or something.
